Entire Agreement
This document, along with the accompanying proposal, represents the entire agreement between the parties. It overrides any prior verbal or written understandings. Amendments must be made in writing and signed by all involved parties. A waiver of any part of this agreement must also be in writing and signed; such a waiver does not extend to any other part of the agreement.
Payments
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking and reserve the photographer’s time. The balance is due upon completion of the shoot. Payments can be made via Bank Transfer or Cash.
Participants
To maintain a calm shooting environment, only individuals involved in the session should be present.
Photoshoot Session
Photos are captured and edited at the photographer’s artistic discretion. Clients with specific requests must provide a detailed shot list prior to the session.
Session Timing
Session length is based on the original proposal. Makeup time is included in this duration. The photographer is not liable for incomplete shots due to uncooperative subjects. Clients must inform all participants of the session details (time and location).
Delivery of Raw Photos
All unedited photos will be delivered via a private online gallery within 24 hours. Clients are encouraged to select their favourites for retouching, as specified by their package. Final JPEG images will be shared in a live gallery within 40 days.
Retouching & Editing
Final edited photos will be delivered within 8–12 days of selection. Standard edits include colour correction, skin retouching, exposure adjustments, and basic enhancements. Extensive edits are subject to additional fees.
Retouched Photo Quantity
The number of edited images depends on the selected package. Additional edits may be requested at AED 25 per image.
High-Resolution Files
Where included, clients take full responsibility for storage and backup of high-res files. The photographer is not liable for color variations from third-party printing labs. Files are stored for six months as a courtesy, not an obligation.
Continuous Hours
The contract covers continuous coverage as agreed. Any overtime must be signed for and paid upon delivery of proofs.
Punctuality
Late arrivals will result in reduced session time. No extra time or images will be added to compensate. Please plan ahead for travel delays.
Permits
Clients are responsible for acquiring all necessary permits for their shoot locations.
Hair & Makeup
The photographer is not liable for issues related to makeup or hair during the session.
Copyright & Usage
The photographer retains full copyright ownership of all images. The client grants permission for the use of photos for promotional purposes unless a written request is made prior to the session. Requests for image removal after publication will be honored but do not revoke prior usage rights.
Exclusivity
4Dimensions Studio DMCC is the sole official photographer for the session unless otherwise agreed.
Postponement & Cancellation
In the event of a cancellation, the 33% deposit is non-refundable but may be transferred to a future date if rescheduled. Rescheduling within 48 hours may incur a loss of deposit.
Liability
4Dimensions Studio DMCC will exercise utmost care in all services. Liability for unforeseen circumstances, including technical issues or weather, is limited to the retainer fee. In case of photographer unavailability, a suitable replacement will be arranged. Clients and guests assume all risk during the session.
Travel Charges
A travel fee of AED 2.50/km applies (minimum charge of AED 250 for the first 100 km).
NSF Fees
A fee of AED 25.00 will be charged for non-sufficient funds (NSF) cheques.
Refund Policy
Booking Refunds
If rescheduling due to unforeseen events (e.g., weather or technical issues), clients may rebook or, at our discretion, receive a 90% refund. No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
Rescheduling
Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule. Failure to do so may result in forfeiting the booking deposit.
Cancellations
- No refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of the shoot.
- 67% refund if cancelled more than 48 hours before.
- The 33% deposit is always non-refundable.
Digital Delivery
Due to the nature of digital products, no refunds are given after images have been delivered. If a mistake is made in photo delivery, we will correct it free of charge.
